You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns that are damaged or used, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Please ensure you include your order number when returning any items, as without this we are unable to complete your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the payment method of your order within 30 days of you posting the return.
